Project Type: New ADU Construction

This detached ADU was designed as a compact and efficient living space of approximately 500 square feet. In addition to providing design and permitting support, the project included coordination with consultants and trades to help guide the homeowner-builder through the construction process. The result was a streamlined project that moved efficiently from concept to completion.
