Project type: New ADU Construction

This two-story ADU was designed for a narrow urban lot in downtown San Jose, where parking and site constraints played a significant role in the overall design. To address these challenges, the project incorporated a two-car garage at the ground level with living space above, creating a practical solution for future occupants. Close collaboration between the homeowner, contractors of Fascom Construction ensured the project balanced functionality, aesthetics, and site limitations.
