Project Type: Residential Addition

Location: Newark, CA

This residential addition expanded the existing home by approximately 1,000 square feet to provide additional bedrooms and living space for a growing family. During the design process, the existing garage was relocated to comply with City of Newark setback requirements while maximizing the property's development potential. Through multiple design iterations, floor plans and renderings were developed to create a functional layout tailored to the homeowner's needs.
